The Entertainment Concierge
Photography and Videography
Photography or videography of the entertainers is strictly prohibited without the consent of the entertainer. Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of the performance and forfeiture of all payments made.
Respect and Appropriate Behaviour
Guests are expected to treat the entertainers with respect and refrain from any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to touching, making offensive comments, or engaging in any form of harassment. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate termination of the performance and forfeiture of all payments made.
Payment
Payment for the entertainer's services must be made in cash upon their arrival unless prior arrangements have been made for payment via bank transfer or credit card.
Entertainer's Rights
The entertainers reserve the right to leave the event with full payment if they experience any form of abuse, inappropriate touching, or any other form of inappropriate behaviour from guests.
Deposit and Booking
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the booking.
Customer Service
We are committed to providing exceptional service to all our customers. If unforeseen circumstances arise, we will work with you to find a mutually beneficial solution.
Changes and Cancellations
Changes to the date, time, or location of the event are subject to entertainer availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
Age Restrictions
All attendees must be 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to verify age upon arrival.
